All Facilities, Hotels, Tents, etc. promised in this brochure
are subject to terms and conditions enforced by the
Governments of India and Saudi Arabia at the time.
In case we are not able to arrange Hajj for any technical
reasons, the whole advance amount paid will be
refunded.
Even after paying your fees for Hajj, your Hajj will be
guaranteed only after Hajj Visa is issued.
In case, Visa is not issued on any technical ground,
refund of the paid amount will be subject to
circumstances, terms and conditions.
Accommodation is provided in Hotel rooms, each shared
by four persons. Triple and Double rooms will be provided
on payment of additional charges.
Rs.3,00,000 per person for double sharing and
Rs.1,00,000 per person for triple sharing in all
'Executive Plus Class' packages.
Rs.2,00,000 per person for double sharing and
Rs.75,000 per person for triple sharing in all
'Executive Class' packages.
Rs.1,50,000 per person for double sharing and
Rs.50,000 per person for triple sharing in all 'Deluxe
Class' packages.
Rs.1,00,000 per person for double sharing and
Rs.40,000 per person for triple sharing in all
'Economy Class' packages.
In all classes, double and triple rooms will be provided at
Makkah, Madina and Aziziya.
Normally, submission of Passport is not required for NRIs.
Clear scanned copy should be mailed. In case of rejection
of the online application, original Passport should be
submitted immediately
Stay at Aziziya is mandatory for all packages except
'Executive Plus' and 'Quick'
Duration of stay at Aziziya will be 5 days before Hajj for all
packages, 2 days after Hajj for all 23 Days packages and 8
days after Hajj for all 33 Days packages.
23 Days package includes stay of 5 days in Aziziya before
Hajj, 5 days in Mina, 2 days in Aziziya after Hajj, 7 days in
Makkah and 4 days in Madina.
13 Days packages include stay of 11 days in Makkah /
Aziziya and Mina and 2 days in Madina.
17 days packages include 5 days in Mina, 5 days in Aziziya
before Hajj and 2 days after Hajj, 3 days in Makkah, 2 days
in Madina .
33 Days package includes stay of 12 days in Aziziya, 5 days
in Mina, 10 days in Makkah, and 6 days in Madina.
Value of Saudi Riyals is calculated at the current rate (Rs.
22.50). (Fluctuations in the Currency rates may reflect in
the cost of the packages)
Charges for Qurbani and excess baggage to be borne by
the Hajis.
All the above offers, facilities and other terms and
conditions under various packages may be changed,
altered, withdrawn or cancelled under unforeseen
circumstances.
In case of insufficient candidates for any particular
package, the two nearest packages will be clubbed and
rates will be revised accordingly.
All the Hajis are expected to show great prudence,
maximum restraint and extend every possible support and
cooperation to their travel mates throughout the journey.
Payments to be made in advance at the time of Booking:
Rs.3 lakhs for all Executive class Packages,
Rs.2 lakhs for all Deluxe class Packages and
Rs.1 lakh for all Economy class Packages.
Advance amount paid is not refundable. It may be adjusted
for the next year in special cases.
Balance amount to be paid immediately after getting
confirmation.
Passport to be submitted at the time of Booking.
Participation in orientation class before departure is
mandatory for all Hajis.
