Even after paying your fees for Hajj, your Hajj will be guaranteed only after Hajj Visa is
stamped on your Passport. In case Visa is not stamped for any technical reason, the paid amount will be refunded, subject to terms and conditions.
Accommodation is provided in Hotel rooms, each shared by four persons.
Triple and Double rooms will be provided on payment of additional charges. For double sharing, Rs.1,25,000 per person and triple sharing Rs.50,000 per person in all Executive classes. Rs.50,000 per person for double sharing, and Rs.25,000 per person for triple sharing in Economy and Deluxe Class. Rs.2,00,000 for double and Rs.75,000 for triple, per person in Business Class.
NRI's Passport must be submitted in India only.
Stay at Aziziya is mandatory for all packages except Executive short (Business Class) package.
Duration of stay at Aziziya will be 3 to 6 days before Hajj for all packages and 1 or 2 days after Hajj for Executive package and 2 to 7 days after Hajj for Deluxe and Economy packages.
13 days package includes 10 days stay in Makkah (including Hajj), and 2 days in Madina.
22 day package includes 18 days stay in Makkah (including Aziziya and Hajj), and 4 days in Madina.
35 days package includes 25 days in Makkah (including Aziziya and Hajj) and 10 days in Madina.
Value of Saudi Riyals is currently calculated at the rate of 18.50 INR (increase in Riyal rates may fluctuate the package cost).
Charges for excess baggage and Qurbani to be borne by the Hajis.
All the above offers, facilities and other terms and conditions under various packages may be changed, withdrawn or cancelled under unforeseen circumstances.
In case of insufficient candidates for each package, the nearest two packages will be clubbed and rates will be increased or decreased accordingly.
During the days of Hajj, all the Hajis are expected to exercise maximum restraint, extend every possible support and co-operation to all other guests at the venue.
Rupees 1 lakh to be paid for Economy & Deluxe class and Rupees 2 lakh for Executive class at the time of booking.
Advance amount paid is not refundable. It may be adjusted for next year in emergency cases.
50% amount to be paid before the Ramzan.
Balance to be paid before 1 month of departure.
Passport to be submitted immediately after the Ramzan.
